Account Data and How It Is Used
No email address is required to create a VPNIL account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required to create an account, and this service does not request one solely for registration. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, subscription status, and data usage for authentication, access control, and plan metering.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment method, order status, and transaction reconciliation information. They are used to activate subscriptions, reconcile payments, and process refunds. Text and attachments submitted in support tickets are used to address the relevant issue. Do not include passwords, complete subscription links, or personal information unrelated to the issue in a support ticket.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNIL follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, store browsing content, destinations, or DNS query history, or create records that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
While a connection is active, the service processes authentication status, routing information, and traffic metering needed to operate the current session. Temporary session data is used only to maintain the connection and is not retained as historical connection logs after the session ends. Cumulative data usage and subscription status are processed as account service data and are not linked to browsing destinations. Website usage statistics and network acceleration traffic are handled separately and are not combined to reconstruct individual browsing histories.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Usage Statistics
The user panel uses local storage to save login credentials and interface preferences, avoiding repeated authentication when navigating between pages. Any cookies used for sessions or statistics should be limited to their relevant purposes. On a shared device, log out when you finish. Clearing site data in your browser removes locally stored information and may also end your login session.
Usage statistics for marketing pages help us understand page views, source categories, and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and workflows. Statistics should not include passwords, subscription credentials, or payment credentials, and do not read browsing content transmitted through acceleration routes. Browser storage and privacy settings can limit related processing, but may affect login and saved preferences.
Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosures
VPNIL supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Third-party payment services process payments and handle information required to complete transactions under their own policies. VPNIL receives the necessary results to confirm payments and order status; users are not asked to submit their payment account passwords to this service.
This service processes or discloses necessary information only to fulfill orders, provide essential technical support, or respond to valid legal requests, and only for the relevant purpose. When you are redirected to a third-party payment page, that provider's data practices are not replaced by this policy. Before confirming payment, check the recipient details, amount, and information shown on the third-party page.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as needed to fulfill obligations, reconcile payments, and comply with applicable laws. Support records are retained while an issue is being handled and for any necessary review. Once the purpose has been fulfilled and further retention is unnecessary, data should be deleted or processed so it can no longer be associated with an individual. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period for all data categories.
To access, correct, or delete data, log in to the user panel and describe the scope of your request through the support ticket portal. This service will conduct necessary checks to verify account ownership and explain which data can be handled and which must be retained by law. Clearing local storage does not delete a server-side account; deleting account data may also affect subscription access and access to historical orders.

Material changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights should be explained through an on-site announcement or user panel notice, so users can understand them before continuing to use the relevant features.
