Writing a Support Ticket and Protecting Your Credentials

Describe the environment and what happened. Do not include account credentials in your message or screenshots.

Connection Issues

Include your platform, client, selected region, and route name. Explain whether the issue occurs while connecting or accessing a service. If you see an error, include its full text. Also note whether changing routes or switching local networks affects the issue. For setup instructions, see the getting started guide.

Subscription and Payment Issues

Include the plan you selected, the order status shown in the panel, and what needs to be checked. Redact unrelated personal information from payment screenshots. VPNIL supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For payment status, refer to the order record in your account.

Refund Requests

VPNIL offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, describe your request in a ticket and include the relevant order. See the Terms of Service for applicable conditions. Keep the request, review updates, and follow-up details in the same ticket.

Checking Replies and Adding Information

After submitting a ticket, return to the ticket section of the user panel to check for replies. VPNIL does not require an email address; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Follow up in the panel rather than relying on email notifications.

If a new error appears or your environment changes, add the details to the existing ticket to keep the context together. While waiting for a reply, you can check related troubleshooting advice in the Help Center. No fixed support hours or response times have been published; refer to the progress shown in your ticket.

If you can't log in, start with the panel's login page to check the available guidance. No other contact channels have been published, and this page does not offer an alternative email address or chat account.
